Popular golf courses release tee-time slots at a fixed time each week and the best windows are gone within seconds — a stressful weekly race for anyone who plays regularly. The client wanted out of that race without giving up access to her preferred times.
Connect Your Way built a chat-based booking automation that runs on her behalf: she sends a single message to the bot on KakaoTalk or WhatsApp specifying the course, date, and preferred tee time, and the system fires off the booking the moment the slot opens — then confirms back over the same chat thread.
The interface is deliberately minimal — no app to install, no website to log into, no manual scheduling. She types when she wants to play, and the booking shows up confirmed.
