Instant Quote Designer for bathroom renovations

Your website visitors design their bathroom in 3D from your own range and see what it costs. Built in Canberra for bathroom renovation companies across the ACT, NSW and VIC. You get the lead — with the layout, the estimate they were shown and a screenshot of the room they just built.

Live demo

Build a bathroom. Watch the price appear.

This is the real product, loaded with a sample bathroom range — the same thing your customers would use, with your products and your prices in it instead. Draw the room, pick the tiles, drop in a vanity and a shower, then ask for the price.

The Instant Quote Designer at the Estimate step: a fully designed 3D bathroom with vanity, bath, shower and tiled walls, next to an itemised estimate listing materials and labour with prices.

TL;DR

Renovation companies lose enquiries at 'how much?'. The Instant Quote Designer lets a visitor design their bathroom from your range on your own website, shows an indicative price built from your prices and labour rates, and sends you the lead with the layout, the estimate and a screenshot. It is an add-on to your existing site, not a rebuild.

What it does for your business

Most bathroom enquiries die in the same place. Someone likes your work, asks what a bathroom costs, gets "it depends, let's book a measure" — and goes to the next company. The ones who do book are often nowhere near your prices, and the site visit is gone either way.

This puts the answer on your website. A visitor sets their room size, picks tiles and paint, chooses a vanity, a toilet, a bath and a shower from your catalogue, arranges them along the walls, and watches the bathroom build itself in 3D as they go. Then they see an itemised estimate — materials, labour, GST — calculated from your prices, marked clearly as an estimate subject to a site inspection.

When they send it, you get a lead that already knows what it wants and roughly what it costs. Your callback starts at "I can see you've gone for the 900 vanity and full-height tiling" instead of at the beginning.

What's included

  • Your catalogue — tiles, paint, vanities, toilets, baths, showers, mirrors and rails, at your prices
  • Live 3D preview from the doorway, updating as the customer changes anything
  • Itemised estimate: materials, labour and GST, shown exactly or as a ±15% range — your choice
  • Your logo, your accent colour and your own estimate disclaimer wording
  • Lead email with the layout, the quote and a screenshot; optional webhook into your CRM
  • Spam protection on the lead form, and a stored record of every design sent
  • Price and product updates applied whenever your suppliers change theirs
  • Hosted, monitored and updated by us — nothing to install or maintain on your site
How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours to build

You send us a price list. We do the rest, and your website keeps working exactly as it does today.

  1. We load your range

Send us your tile, paint, vanity, toilet, bath, shower and rail products with your prices and your labour rates. We build them into your catalogue, with your logo and your estimate disclaimer. Nothing outside your range can ever be selected.

  2. Two lines go on your site

One <div> where the designer should appear and one <script> tag underneath it — on the page you already have. It runs in its own frame, so your theme, your plugins and your page speed are untouched. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or hand-built: same two lines.

  3. Leads arrive in your inbox

When a visitor sends their design you get an email with their name and number, the room they drew, every product they chose, the itemised estimate they were shown, and a screenshot of their 3D bathroom. Optionally the same lead goes to a webhook for your CRM.

Why it wins work

Why put a price on the page

The price question, answered

The enquiry that used to end at "how much?" now ends at a number built from your own prices — so the people who call you have already accepted the ballpark.

3D is what makes them stay

Nobody plays with a pricing table. People do play with a bathroom they can see. Time on the page goes up, and every minute spent is a minute inside your product range.

A lead you can act on

Name, number, room size, every product chosen, the estimate they saw and a picture of it. You call back knowing the job, not asking for it.

On any device

Built for the phone first, because that is where they are

Most people looking at renovation work are on a phone on the couch. The 3D view sits at the top of the screen, the choices open in a sheet underneath, and everything is thumb-sized. On a PC the same tool spreads out beside the room.

The designer on a PC at the Choose fixtures step: the 3D bathroom fills the left of the screen while a panel on the right lists vanities, toilets and showers as pickable cards with their prices and dimensions.

The same Choose fixtures step on a phone: the numbered step dots run across the top, the 3D bathroom fills the screen, and the choices are folded into a Show options sheet pinned along the bottom edge.

Pricing

What it costs

$300/month, plus a one-off setup from $1,600 for the default pack

The default pack is our standard bathroom catalogue with every component switched on and themed to your branding — around 16 hours of work at $100 an hour, which is where the $1,600 comes from.

Custom work — your own product catalogue, components built to your spec, or fitting the designer into an existing site — is quoted after a consultation, and so are catalogue additions later on. Either way we scope it with you first, so you know the full cost before you commit to anything.

  • Setup, default pack — the standard catalogue and every component switched on and themed to your branding, your labour rates and your estimate disclaimer set, and the two lines placed on your site
  • Monthly — hosting, updates, lead delivery and support, with no cap on how many designs your visitors send
  • Quoted after a consultation — your own product catalogue in place of the standard one, bespoke components, integration into an existing site, and any catalogue additions once you are running
  • Moving your prices and labour rates during the year is included — send us the updated list and we apply it

Fourteen pages of full-room renders, the tile and paint library and every fixture — all of it swappable for your own range. 3 MB, A4.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the price the customer sees?

It is an indicative estimate, not a quote, and the tool says so on the screen and in the lead email. The number is calculated from your own material prices, your labour rates and the room the customer drew — so it lands in the right range rather than being a guess — but it cannot see the plumbing, the subfloor, or anything behind the wall. You choose whether visitors see an exact figure or a ±15% range, and you set the disclaimer wording. Every lead stores the exact numbers the customer saw, so a later price rise never rewrites what you were asked about.

Does it work on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?

Yes. The designer is added with one <div> and one <script> tag, and it runs inside an iframe, so it cannot inherit your theme's CSS or collide with your other plugins. That is why it behaves the same on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or a hand-built site. If you can paste an embed code block into a page — the same way you would embed a YouTube video or a booking widget — you can run it. We can also do the paste for you.

Will it work properly on a phone?

Most people who look at a renovation page are on a phone, so the mobile layout is the one we designed first. The 3D view sits at the top of the screen and the options open in a sheet underneath it, one step at a time, with buttons big enough to use one-handed. The 3D preview renders on the phone itself using WebGL, which every current iPhone and Android browser supports; on a device that cannot run it, the tool falls back to the floor plan and the price so nobody hits a dead end.

Can we use our own products, prices and photos?

That is the whole point — the customer is only ever choosing from your range. We load your tiles, paint colours, vanities, toilets, baths, showers and rails with your prices, your labour rates and your product photos, and nothing outside your catalogue can be selected. Prices are yours to change whenever you want; send us the updated list and we apply it. If a product photo is missing we render a clean neutral version of the fixture at its real dimensions rather than showing a competitor's product.

What do you actually receive when someone finishes a design?

An email with the customer's name, phone and email, the room dimensions and door position, every product they chose, the itemised estimate they were shown, and a screenshot of their 3D bathroom. That is enough to ring them back knowing what they want and roughly what they expect to pay, instead of starting from "how much for a bathroom?". Leads can also be pushed to a webhook if you want them in your CRM or job-management software.

Bathrooms are first — are other trades coming?

Bathrooms are the first fit-out because the room is a simple box, the product list is short and the price question comes up on every single enquiry. The engine underneath is not bathroom-specific: rooms, surfaces, fixtures, labour rates and the quote maths are all driven by configuration, so kitchens and laundries are the natural next ones. If you run a different trade and think your work fits that shape, tell us — a real customer with a real catalogue is how the next one gets built.

Does it slow our website down?

No. The embed loads lazily and in its own iframe, so your page renders and becomes interactive before the designer does any work at all — your Core Web Vitals are measured on your page, not on ours. Nothing about your existing site is changed or rebuilt; the designer is hosted and updated by us on our infrastructure, and if we ship an improvement it appears on your site without you touching anything.

Put the price question to work

Send us your product list and we'll show you your own range running in the designer. No rebuild, no change to the site you have.
